Caviagids.nl is a Dutch forum where you can learn and share everything about guinea pigs. As we wanted to have a more active forum, the old EuropeanCavieClub forum has moved in to Caviagids.nl, so there will be more members to share your photo's, ask your questions to and get information.

If you're able to read Dutch, feel free to discover the topics on this forum and reply to them. Most people on this forum are able to speak English, or else there'll always be someone willing to help.

If you want to open a new topic or don't speak/read Dutch, please scroll down to the very bottom of this forum. there you'll find several English boards. We also like it if you introduce yourself on the English board first!

There are not many rules on this forum, please keep the following things in mind:

Respect
Respect each other at the forum. It's always easier to write something online, than to tell it straight to other peoples faces. Don't say things you wouldn't say in real life.

Language
Of course, we don't want heavy cursing on this forum. Please don't write in slang, or use lots of abbreviations, like 'u' instead of you, '4' instead of 'for' etc. But except for that, don't feel bad if your English isn't perfect. Neither is the English of most forum members!
If you're German, you might also write in German if you're not good in writing English. We will all help each other to translate your posts if necessary!

Images
Huge images will usually be made smaller by the forum itself, but because it slows the forum down, don't make your pictures to big.
Signatures are not allowd to be larger than 650x200 pixels (width/highth).
Avatars are not allowed to be bigger than 100x100 pixels.

Questions about the forum
If you need any help of a moderator, you can always send a private message. You can reach all of us by sending a private message to the account 'beheer', but individual moderators are Ayliancaafjes, Nadia, De Lieverdjes, wwwer, Annechien and zoeperzazke.
If you're looking for the familiar names from the ECC-forum, Anita and Funker (Dennis) are also members of the forum!
